Heavily tattooed, with multiple facial piercings and sporting fluorescent hair, this punky-looking couple may not represent a model family in everyone’s eyes. And yet, they are just that; honest, hardworking, happily married, loving parents. I wanted to portray this by putting them in a staged classical pose. I hope to convey the message “never judge a book by its cover”.
