Where I live I am lucky enough to be able to
trip out of the front gate, down the lane and into some woods. Last Autumn as
the leaves fell I was amazed by the colours captured in the early sunlight on
the path. The big sycamore leaf I found on the lawn in the front garden
courtesy of the huge tree that grows on the other side of the small lane which
is the only road in the village. I decided right way that they would make a
good triptych, in fine detail with the two colourful path shots either side of
the splendidly shaped leaf. The joy of our season of Autumn, (which I had
missed whilst in Texas because they don’t have one as such!).
