Paper: CS2 watercolour board.
It is always interesting to see how the
landscape changes at different times of the year. Although some thinning-out
had taken place, the fresh green of the remaining willows with drifts of cow
parsley along the banks of the stream provided further stimulation as a
subject. As with the Winter version, the dry pencils did not produce the
required effect and were therefore made into washes and applied with a brush.
